Ms. Trisna is our Operations Executive, managing comprehensive aspects of the clinic operations, including but not limited to Human Resource, Inventory Management, Training, Customer Service and Business Process and Workflow Improvement.

Originating from the beauty and retail industry, Ms. Trisna brings with her valuable experience in various capacities from sales consulting, beauty specialist and operations management. She also has a proven track record of professional customer engagement and retention in frontline customer service.

An avid believer in lifelong learning both in her personal and professional capacities, Ms. Trisna has a natural flair for language and linguistics. She holds a Bachelor of Humanities (Japanese Literature).
